Each individual may operate only one account; creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination. It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login credentials secure. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify our support team immediately.
While using the 29 card platform, you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Fraudulent activity, software manipulation, or any attempt to harm other users on the platform is strictly prohibited. You may not operate an account using another person's identity. Any attempt to gain an unfair advantage through automated bots, scripts, or third-party software will result in permanent account termination. All users are requested to engage with the platform with mutual respect and proper conduct.
All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) and applicable taxes and charges may apply. Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits and withdrawals. Fund transfers from third-party accounts or unknown sources are strictly prohibited and may result in account freezing. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before withdrawal requests are processed. For any transaction-related issues, please contact the support team within 72 hours.
All content, designs, logos, graphics, and software on the 29 card platform are protected under our intellectual property rights. Users may use the platform for personal and non-commercial purposes only; republishing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content is prohibited. No part of the platform may be reverse engineered or decompiled. Our trademarks or brand name may not be used without prior written permission. We reserve the right to take legal action in the event of any intellectual property infringement.
The 29 card platform is provided on an "as is" basis and we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not liable for temporary unavailability caused by technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service disruptions. The platform will not be held responsible for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions. We are also not liable for any losses caused by internet disconnection or device issues. Our total liability shall in no event exceed the amount of the transaction in question.

These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes or claims will be settled in the appropriate courts of Bangladesh. We will first attempt to resolve any dispute through discussion and, if necessary, pursue mediation. If any part of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect. By using the platform, you consent to this jurisdiction.
